Located on Level 1 in Sharp Memorial Hospital, our Mindful Café is available to staff and visitors daily between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. Offering a hot food buffet, made-to-order grill & deli, lunch time action station, soup and salad bar and Simply to Go items.
EFFECTIVE, MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2020 WE WILL BE TEMPORARILY ADJUSTING OUR HOURS OF OPERATION TO:
*Hot food buffet line and Grill are closed between 10:00-10:30 a.m. daily, from 3:30-4:00 p.m. Mon.-Fri. and 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Sat. & Sun.
Coffee Cart: Espresso Express is located in the main lobby of Sharp Memorial Hospital.
Monday thru Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
As of April 10th, the cafe will be selling staples like milk, eggs, rice, pasta, toilet paper, fresh produce, etc. to ease stress for hospital employees caused by long lines and empty shelves at grocery stores after long days caring for patients and caregivers. Meals-to-Go available for purchase from the Café Monday through Friday, from 11am – 3am. These individual meals are freshly prepared by our chefs (includes entrée and two sides) and are discounted so that a family of four can enjoy a hot home cooked meal for as low as $25!
Healthy and Safety is our first priority. We want you to know that we have taken aggressive steps to ensure a clean, safe and convenient dining experience during this unique and challenging period. Our cafe is open with limited in-house seating (adhering to the County of San Diego Public Health’s recommended social distance of six feet) and strongly encourage you to use our take-out service through Grubhub.
